Salon Policies

  • I require a credit card hold or deposit in order to reserve all appointments.
  • If you fail to cancel your appointment in time but want to make another appointment for the same service, 1/2 of your deposit can go towards your next appointment if it’s made within 90 days of the original appointment.
  • In case a 24 or 48 hour notice is not given for a cancellation, 50 percent of the service cost will be charged or 25 percent will be charged if your appointment is rescheduled. This helps us cover our losses. 100 percent of consultation cost will be charged.
  • I understand that things happen and sometimes we all run late; but please be aware that if your are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled. I will however try my best to accommodate your needs.
  • Children are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced.
  • Please be sure to remove your previous style and detangle your hair before coming in for your appointment. If your hair needs major detangling (more than what a 15-20 min shampoo service will allow), please let us know beforehand because it will eat up some of your allotted styling time and a detangling fee may be applied.
  • If you are not satisfied with your sale or service in any way, please notify me.
